This is a tool written for the animation department of Rooster Teeth. The tool takes a maya scene and then creates a set of image files, combines those image files into an MOV using FFMpeg, and then uploads that MOV to the managment software Shotgun. The tool allows for users to customize the codec, FOV, description, and several other features.
The tool was written in python and utilizes Pyside and Pyqt for the GUI.
In the first part the user selects the settings for the export.
The second part displays the uploaded entity to shotgun with the correct information.
